Treets Office Drop Terms & Conditions

We're sending 100 bags of Treets to 100 lucky offices. Here's the small print — please have a quick read before you enter.

  1. Promoter: Candy Kittens Limited, 8 Broadstone Place, London, W1U 7EP.
  2. Entry period: The competition runs from 00:01 BST on Tuesday 5 May 2026 until 23:59 BST on Wednesday 6 May 2026. Entries that come in after that, we're afraid, can't be counted.
  3. How to enter: Pop a comment on the competition post on our LinkedIn page and tag one colleague or contact who doesn't work at your company. Entries without a tag, or with a tag from inside your own company, won't qualify.
  4. Who can enter: Open to individuals aged 18 or over, entering on behalf of a genuine, working office based on UK mainland. To keep things fair, we're not able to include: private individuals; freelancers, sole traders or self-employed people without a business office; resellers, distributors and wholesalers; or businesses operating in the confectionery, sweets or chocolate categories. We may also have to politely decline entries where it just isn't a good fit - for example, where the entry doesn't sit well with our brand or values, or where the workplace context isn't right for the prize. Candy Kittens employees, our group companies, agencies and their immediate families need to sit this one out too.
  5. One entry per office: One entry per office, please. If we receive more than one, we'll treat them as a single entry. We may also check that you're really part of the office you're entering for.
  6. Prize and how we pick winners: 100 eligible offices will each receive 100 bags of Treets. Once entries close, we'll work through them in the order they came in (by LinkedIn comment timestamp) and the first 100 that pass our eligibility check will be our winners. Being early is a head start, not a guarantee - your entry still needs to meet these terms to qualify. The exact mix of flavours and variants will be chosen at random based on what we have in stock at the time. No cash alternative, no swaps, and prizes can't be transferred to anyone else.
  7. Allergen notice: Treets contain peanuts, and may contain traces of milk, other nuts (hazelnuts, almonds), soya and cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley). Treets are sold through our usual retail and online channels, and full ingredient and allergen information is available on each product's back of pack and at candykittens.co.uk. Before tucking in, please check the relevant pack or product page to make sure it's suitable for you and anyone in the office you're sharing with. By accepting the prize, you confirm you've made this information available to colleagues who may eat them.
  8. Letting winners know: If you've won, we'll be in touch via LinkedIn DM and/or email. We'll need a reply within 7 days with your delivery address and contact details. Please double-check what you submit - make sure it's accurate, complete, and that someone at the office can receive a bulk delivery. If we can't reach you, don't hear back in time, or the details turn out not to work, we'll need to pass the prize on to the next qualifying entry.
  9. Delivery: Prizes will be delivered to a single UK mainland business address. We can't be held responsible for delays, lost or damaged parcels caused by incorrect address details, courier issues or anything else outside our reasonable control. Estimated delivery window: [insert window].
  10. Your data: Any personal information you share with us will only be used to run the competition and get your Treets to you, in line with our privacy policy. We won't share your details with anyone else except where it's needed to deliver your prize.
  11. The bits we have to say: Our decision is final and we won't be entering into back-and-forth on it. We reserve the right to amend, pause or withdraw the competition, or to disqualify entries, if we reasonably believe there's been a breach of these terms, a technical issue, fraud, or anything else that makes it the right call.
  12. LinkedIn: This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn.
  13. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
