Summary Terms & Conditions:

UK (excl. Channel Islands & Isle of Man), 18+ only. Purchase a pack of Candy Kittens Strawberries & Cream, Lemon Sherbet or Rhubarb & Custard between 00:01 BST 1 August 2026 and 23:59 BST 31 August 2026, and submit a photo of your pack together with proof of purchase at https://candykittens.co.uk/pages/candy-kittens-x-serve-enter to enter. No purchase necessary – see clause 5 for free entry route. One winner will be selected at random on 1 September 2026 to win 1x prize of 2x Candy Kittens x Serve Padel rackets (total prize value £199.98). Winner must claim within 14 days of notification. 

Full Terms & Conditions:

  1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
  2. Promoter: Longaim Limited, trading as Candy Kittens (“the Promoter”).
  3. Promotion Period: Entries (whether by purchase or by the free entry route) will be accepted between 00:01 BST on 1 August 2026 and 23:59 BST on 31 August 2026 inclusive (“the Promotion Period”).
  4. To Enter (Purchase Route): Purchase a pack of any of the following Promotional Packs during the Promotion Period:
    • Candy Kittens Strawberries & Cream
    • Candy Kittens Lemon Sherbet
    • Candy Kittens Rhubarb & Custard
    Retain your itemised receipt, which must state the time and date of purchase, pre-dating your entry but falling within the Promotion Period. To enter, upload a photo of your pack together with a photo of your itemised receipt at https://candykittens.co.uk/pages/candy-kittens-x-serve-enter, along with your full name, email address and postal address. Please ensure any card or payment details are obscured or cropped out of your receipt photo before uploading.
  5. To Enter (Free Route – No Purchase Necessary): If you do not wish to purchase a Promotional Pack, you may enter for free by writing your full name and full home address on a postcard or sealed envelope and posting it, at your own cost, to: Candy Kittens Padel Competition, The Sweet Factory, 8 Broadstone Place W1U 7EP, London, to arrive during the Promotion Period. Free entries carry an equal chance of winning as entries made via the Purchase Route.
  6. One entry per person is permitted for the duration of the Promotion Period, regardless of entry route. Entries will be deduplicated by name and address/email address across both entry routes combined. Any additional entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  7. The Prize: There is 1 prize available to be won, consisting of 2x Candy Kittens x Serve Padel rackets (total approximate retail value £199.98).
  8. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period (purchase and free routes combined), under independent supervision, on 1 September 2026.
  9. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email or post, using the contact details provided at entry, within 5 working days of the draw. The winner must respond to claim their Prize within 14 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this time, or cannot be verified as an eligible entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries, or to not award the Prize.
  10. Claiming the Prize: To claim, the winner (if entered via the Purchase Route) must retain and, if requested, provide their original itemised receipt and pack for verification. The winner must provide a valid UK delivery address for despatch of the Prize.
  11. Prize fulfilment will take place within 28 days of the winner’s Prize claim being accepted. In the unlikely event the Prize does not arrive within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing candy@candykittens.co.uk within a further 28 days. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right not to reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
  12. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. If the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for a prize of equal or greater value.
  13. Provided no objection is received from the winner, the winner’s surname and county of residence may be made available on request by emailing candy@candykittens.co.uk, for a period of 8 weeks following the close of the Promotion Period. The winner may object to their details being published during the notification process. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
  14. The Promoter may request that the winner participates in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize acceptance.
  15. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and to prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
    • Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or the provisional winner through any means it considers reasonably necessary. Entry or the Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
    • Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
    • Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services, including but not limited to GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
    • Disqualify entries beyond the one permitted per person, or those using techniques such as scripts, brute force, manipulated IP addresses, or aliases/identities other than the entrant’s own.
    • Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process, including submission of fraudulent or manipulated proof of purchase or entry materials.
    • Disqualify entries which otherwise do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
    • Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the Promoter’s control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion.
  16. Entrants must enter using their legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names or email/postal addresses to gain additional entries, and to require the return of any Prize won as a result.
  17. No responsibility can be taken for entries (by either route) which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete, or which cannot be delivered for any technical, postal or other reason. Proof of sending is not accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.
  18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
  19. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or other natural calamities.
  20. All personal data supplied for this Promotion (including photos of packs and receipts, and postal entry details) will be used only for the purposes of administering this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or any agent appointed to assist with running it. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless positive consent has been obtained.     Entrants are advised to obscure or crop out any card or payment details visible on receipt photos before submission.
  21. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
  22. By entering (via either route), entrants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  23. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
  24. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and their interpretation and application are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
