Head of Marketing
We are looking for a creative individual who will be responsible for the management of Candy Kittens’ entire marketing strategy and budget. Building on the brands strong foundation you will play a key part in achieving our ambitious growth plans. You will have a minimum of 3 years marketing experience.
You will be expected to build the brand through the development of appropriate partnerships and collaborations. You should be fluent in field, digital, and brand marketing – taking a holistic approach in order to effectively execute a successful strategy. Working closely with the founders you will join the management team, and play an influential role in the future decisions of the company.
You understand the value of money (especially in a small business environment) and will be very strategic. A keen appetite to learn and an ability to network with both junior and senior level contacts are essential.
The ideal candidate will have a positive “can do” attitude, and won’t be afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in! You will be confident working as a team and understand how to get the best out of your colleagues. We are looking for an experienced eCommerce manager to build Candy Kittens’ B2C business from ground zero. You should be a resourceful and strategic individual that enjoys working in a fast paced environment. You will fuse creative and commercial thinking to deliver a transformational strategy.
Solely responsible for Candy Kittens’ eCommerce business you will be instrumental in helping us achieve our ambitious plans for growth. A solid content plan and landing strong PPC campaigns will be crucial to this. The successful candidate will have full ownership of the eCommerce strategy, objectives and budget – working as part of the sales team, delivering against the overall revenue budget.
The ideal candidate should be a positive, high energy individual with a proven track record. You will have experience working with developers and maintain a firm understanding of google analytics, facebook business and other relevant platforms. Sweet Team - Brand Ambassadors
An extension of the Candy Kittens core team, our Brand Ambassadors are the face of our brand. They are both brand and product experts, who create lasting and memorable experiences during every consumer interaction. Confident and creative when implementing our marketing strategies out in the field, the Sweet Team are always busy ensuring Candy Kittens is the name on everybody’s lips.
As a Sweet Team Ambassador, you will be responsible for running our on-the-ground marketing activity and supporting our marketing team on developing our marketing strategy. You will represent the face of the brand during every consumer interaction, be that at an event, sampling or guerilla shift. Commercial Manager - Grocery
Managing all of Candy Kittens’ UK grocery accounts on a day to day basis. Representing and building the Candy Kittens business through the development of first class relationships with buyers. We have ambitious plans to continue to accelerate our growth in market and landing successful Grocery plans is crucial to this. The successful candidate will have full ownership of the Grocery Strategy, JBPs and landing those strategic relationships with our biggest customers.
The candidate should be an enthusiastic, high energy individual that has experience of managing high pro le accounts within FMCG. The ideal candidate will ideally have had responsibility for at least one of the big four grocers in the past (and have been through a JBP cycle) and will have had account level P&L responsibility. They will understand the value of money (especially in a small business environment) and will be very commercially minded. Building relationship and the ability to network with both junior and senior level contacts are essential.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn and would have a strong desire to expand their horizons. They are comfortable being stretched and would welcome the opportunity to take on the diverse challenges that come from a growing business. The individual should be on a clear path of career progression, that would in turn demonstrate the individual’s same potential for growth in our organisation with the ability to lead a sales team in the future.
Working as part of the Candy Kittens’ commercial team on a day to day basis. Supporting the team across the key UK accounts including major high- street and grocery retailers. You will help build the Candy Kittens business through the development of first class communication with our customers. The successful candidate will play an important role in the business’ sales function. Contributing to a winning strategy and team that will allow the brand to achieve its ambitious growth plans.
